What prompted the need for change?

A home-grown success story, this software and digital transformation organisation is headquartered in Sydney, with offices across Australia and New Zealand, as well as in Europe, The United Kingdom, Canada, and The United States.

With the recent acquisition of a new product line, they decided to change their pricing structure which resulted in an immediate reduction in renewals and a drop in revenue of up to 90%.

Revenue generation had stagnated as attrition and new sales canceled each other out.
