What prompted the need for change?

Van at Community Moves needed to get the business back into gear after the pandemic extended closure. He needed to hit the ground running! The doors needed to be flooded with a strong back end to help manage the new customer intake.

  • Wanted more time in his day to focus on client’s experience and reduce the array of hats he was spread across
  • Needed a platform to assist managing customer growth

Who is Community Moves

Community Moves offers a specialist health and fitness service designed for the over 50s community, to help them engage in more structured and regular physical activity, so that they can continue to live an active and healthy life.

We believe that movement is the foundation of good health and we design our programs so that you will gain enjoy the positive impact on your health, a clear improvement in the quality of your life, and a reduction in both the risk of chronic disease and the frequency of visits to the doctor.

I just didn’t have the time to work on everything in the business and found myself wearing too many hats. I needed to focus my energy on what I did best and defer the rest to the experts.

What solution did they go for?

Needing to get time back in his day and feel like he can confidently grow the business, we decided to implement the following strategy:

  • Introducing a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system with integration into marketing initiatives and business operations allowed for greater oversight and support of the customer experience.
  • The landing page added a strong visual element that aligned to customer needs and captured the brand positing, helping customer to make the decision to convert easier.
  • Local Search was propagated to help bring his business up in search priority, in combination with a testimonials campaign with current clients, we was able to add a lot of credibility in the Google environment.
  • We also conducted a Facebook Ad audit to ensure his new ad campaigns were effectively targeted at right fit customer profiles.
