What prompted the need for change?

Ucidity was introduced to Buroserv, or one of the many businesses that now sat under the banner of LMGPS at the time. The business was fractured across nineteen IT and Telco businesses after a rigorous acquisition strategy. The needed to consolidate the brands to reduce customer and investor confusion.

  • Consolidate businesses under a single lead brand
  • Migrate current customers with confidence in the new brand
  • Build a website that would support the sales team – they had recently lost the bid on 3 significant opportunities because their online presence did not represent a quality provider, and these are just the customers that told them
